General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all online services offered by Sonja Ernestine Bos - Mediumistic Counseling via the website. This includes, in particular, mediumistic sessions, contact with the deceased, and spiritual life coaching.

2. Type of service

The services offered are for orientation and personal development. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment and do not replace medical or psychological diagnosis or therapy.

3. Conclusion of the contract

A contract is formed as soon as the customer has made a binding booking and I have confirmed the appointment. Bookings are made via the online booking system or by email.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

The prices are listed on the website and are final prices in accordance with §19 of the German VAT Act (UStG). Payment is made in advance via the offered payment methods (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer).

5. Conducting the meetings

The sessions take place exclusively online (via Zoom). The client is responsible for a stable internet connection and an undisturbed environment.

6. Appointment cancellations and no-shows

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start by emailing kontakt@sonjaernestinebos.de .

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a fee, and the appointment costs will be charged, or the payment already made will not be refunded.

7. Disclaimer

I accept no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or occurrence of the information provided during the sessions. Each client bears full responsibility for themselves and their actions, decisions, and their consequences.

8. Confidentiality

All information shared during the consultation will be treated confidentially.
